About Us

The Volunteer and Service-Learning Center (VSLC) leads efforts to integrate service with learning across campus while working to improve the success of local agencies and schools in meeting the needs of community residents. We help create long-term, meaningful partnerships with community agencies through service-learning, volunteering, and other experiential opportunities for students. In addition to supporting service-learning courses, the VSLC offers a wide range of both long- and short-term volunteer opportunities for students including an Alternative Break program, Bengals Dare to Care community service day, and an annual Volunteer Fair, as well as a volunteer opportunity resource database.
